Carolina Martinez Gallegos

Carolina speaks English, French, and Spanish and has in-depth experience in project management, data analysis and synthesis, and certification for LEED, WELL, and WELL Health and Safety in both the United States and Latin America. In the last 2 years, Carolina has led the process of certifying at least 8 LEED gold projects, a WELL Health and Safety certification, and has assisted on dozens of other certification and sustainability initiatives.

As a Senior Sustainability Consultant and the Greenexus Project Director, Carolina excels at leading the GreeNexus project management team and client teams through the implementation of sustainability strategies and obtaining greenbuilding certifications. She also supports GreeNexus’ client education programming by hosting webinars on LEED recertification.

Carolina has worked in the built environment industry for over 12 years, specializing in sustainable strategies for Existing Buildings, and has participated in the certification process of more than 20 projects. In her previous positions as an architect and Sustainability Consultant, she has measured, tracked, and reported on sustainability indicators such as energy usage, water consumption, waste generation, and recycling, using Arc platform for projects and 200+ building portfolios.
