Becky Moriarty

Becky Moriarty serves as Director of Operations at GreeNexus Consulting, where she blends firm-wide operational leadership with hands-on sustainability and green building project delivery. She plays a key role in strengthening organizational systems, improving delivery consistency, and supporting the firm’s financial and operational performance while remaining actively engaged in client-facing work.

In her role, Becky collaborates closely with executive leadership to align operational strategy with company goals, translate strategic priorities into executable plans, and reduce operational burden across teams. She oversees firm-wide workflows, QA/QC standards, resource planning, and financial performance, while mentoring project managers and supporting staff development to enable scalable, high-quality service delivery.

Becky brings over 13 years of extensive experience across the full lifecycle of green building certification projects, including LEED, WELL, and Green Communities. She leads sustainability strategy development, early design assessments, certification management, and client coordination from project onboarding through certification, serving as a senior point of contact on complex and multidisciplinary projects.

Prior to joining GreeNexus, Becky worked in sustainability consulting, LEED certification review, and public-sector roles, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both project team and reviewer expectations. She holds a master’s degree in Construction Management with a focus on Sustainable Building and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Becky is known for her collaborative leadership style, systems-oriented thinking, and commitment to advancing practical, high-performance sustainability solutions.
